a. Digital Products
- All sales of digital products (e.g., apps, e-books, downloadable tutorials) are final and non-refundable.
- Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged due to the nature of the content.
- For download errors or technical difficulties, contact us for assistance.
b. Physical Products
- No Refunds: Physical items are non-refundable once sold, as they often involve revealing trade secrets and intellectual property.
- Refunds are only provided in cases of:
- Severe damage during shipping.
- Incorrect product shipment (e.g., wrong item delivered).
c. Refund Processing
- Refunds for eligible physical products will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Important: All refunds are subject to payment gateway collection and refund charges. A minimum fee of ₹100 (Orders between ₹100 to ₹1000 Minimum ordre value is ₹100 consider as non refundable) and a maximum of aproximatley 10% of the total amount will be deducted, as per gateway provider policies (e.g., Razorpay). No discounts or waivers will be applied to these charges.
3. Return and Replacement Policy
a. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products and revealed magic tricks are strictly non-returnable.
- Ensure you review the product details carefully before purchasing.
b. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Physical items that arrive damaged or incorrectly shipped are eligible for replacement.
- Conditions for eligibility:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide proof of damage (photos/videos).
- Return the item in its original packaging.
c. Return Shipping
- For approved replacements, Art of Mentalism will not cover the return shipping costs. Customers must bear the return shipping charges separately. The minimum charge is ₹60, and the final amount will vary depending on the product type, size, and other factors. The exact return shipping cost will be communicated only after the replacement request is approved.

- Minor Issues: Cosmetic flaws not affecting functionality are not eligible.
- Courses: Once a course progresses beyond 10%, it is strictly non-refundable.
- Advance and Extreme Levels: These course levels are non-refundable under any condition.
